Weekly Menu 4/8/12

eggs and toast (rye for mom, YUM)

Grilled cheese, veggies
chicken noodle soup leftovers
cream cheese and celery, watermelon
chicken nuggets (there was a sale, I bought dino shaped nuggets! lol), veggies, watermelon

Chicken Noodle soup
Roasted Red Pepper and Cream sauce and pasta with Cauliflower bread sticks
BLT ranch salad with boiled eggs and some type of sweet dessert
Eggroll Guts over rice with chow mein noodles

We'll be going on vacation later this week so we have a shorter menu! I am so excited!! Other than a family campout and the occasional overnight at a hotel we have NEVER been on a family vacation with just us!! :) :)
