Canning Weekend and Menu

We had an insane weekend canning spaghetti sauce, applesauce, and peaches.
We canned 98 quarts this weekend!! I spent ALLLLLL day Monday snapping, blanching, and freezing a bushel and a half of green beans. Next year's grocery bill is going to be so much nicer than this year!! :)

Menu
Breakfasts
toast with nutella
cereal
pancakes
oatmeal
mush
eggs and toast

Lunch
grilled cheese and tomato soup
pork chops, green beans, grilled peaches
quesadillas and cucumbers
tuna sandwiches
egg sandwiches
pbj and fruit

Dinner
breakfast for dinner
grilled egg sandwiches and apples
egg roll guts with purple cabbage
chicken parmesan (hubby made this while I was still canning everything in sight)
over to the in laws
meatloaf, summer squash, green beans, and corn

Snacks
popcorn
toast
fruit and veggies

Dessert
fresh fruit
nutella pudding
